Master/Bachelor thesis (multiple): Management of Artificial Intelligence in Business Organizations

Understand, explore and conduct research on how large business organizations address the managerial challenges of deploying artificial intelligence (AI) in a productive and professional fashion.

The objective of the thesis is to understand, explore and conduct research on how large business organizations address the managerial challenges of deploying artificial intelligence (AI) in a productive and professional fashion. Topics include, for example, AI-project management, life cycle management for AI-infused products, as well as AI-strategy planning. The specific topic will be jointly elaborated and specialized between student and supervisor.

Mode of collaboration: The thesis is written in a highly-iterative, collaborative research environment. You will be guided and work hands-on with an experienced senior researcher on a regular basis (e.g., day-to-day / weekly meetings). You will exchange with other master students who are focusing on releated topics in the research group. The research is carried out jointly with the executive management of a leading global player (100,000+ employees), thereby ensuring excellent access to research data.

Your thesis is an intellectual challenge! It is well-suited for ambitous, smart and curious students who are keen to work within the research group. In return, you will gain experience and knowledge in this up-and-coming field of management, and address future challenges of modern business organizations while advancing your knowledge on the management of AI.
